Repair Policy

REPAIR POLICY FOR THREE DAY TOOL SERVICE INC. FOR TOOLS REPAIRED IN THREE DAYS. WE REPAIR THE TOOLS ON THE THREE DAY “EXPRESS TOOL LIST” IN THREE DAYS OR LESS. WE ALSO REPAIR SOME TOOLS NOT ON THIS LIST AND WE WILL REFER TO THESE TOOLS AS “STANDARD TOOLS”.

Limits – Quantities are limited to 3 tools per day per customer, more may be done at our discretion depending on our tool repair back log.

Exceptions – Parts availability – If the parts are not available to us from the manufacture, the customer will be notified on day one by Customer Service and will be advised that this tool will not be repaired in 3 days.

Standard Tools – These are tools that we do repair but they are not on our “Three Day Express List”. Please call Customer Service for questions pertaining to what tools we repair.

Non Repairs – These are tools that we do not repair. These tools will not be picked up and if shipped in, they will be disposed of in 3 days according to the customer’s wishes.

Estimates – We give free estimates. However, if the tool is not repaired and the customer requests that we ship the unassembled tool back to him, we will do so at the customer’s freight expense plus $8.00 handling charge. Will Call customers may pick up the tool at no charge.

Unrepaired Tools – Tools to be repaired that are left in our shop with no response or direction from the customer will be disposed of in 30 days by Three Day Tool.
